Everyone who joins FNZ as a graduate, or working in a technical or delivery role, will automatically join the FNZ Academy for the first 9-months. The 9-month program consists of three terms – a thorough induction in term one and supported project work in terms two and three.
Everyone on the Academy benefits from a structured development plan including access to a breadth of online learning materials and in-person training from expert testers and developers.
Colleagues on the FNZ Academy will receive ongoing support from those within the Academy, colleagues across FNZ and a dedicated ‘buddy’ to ensure everyone is able to maximise the opportunities available.
The Academy will transform how we advance our collective technical skillset, building on our culture of training, collaboration and investing in our people’s development.
Not only will it help us enhance the skills and capabilities of our global technology delivery staff, it’ll help us continue to open up wealth for the 650 financial institutions we partner with across the globe.
