What to expect
As a graduate, you'll play an exciting role in shaping the future direction of FNZ. You’ll gain global experience from the very start and a chance to work with like-minded and innovative teams across the world.

Onboard
Your FNZ experience starts when you receive an offer. We will make sure you have confidence in our ability to support your career journey, and feel part of our team, from the day you sign with us.
Your cohort
When you start, you’ll be with a group of grads and go through the program together. You’ll be supported by our dedicated global grad team – specialists in creating a world class graduate experience.
Your development
After your 1 week induction, you will complete a 3-5 week technical training bootcamp, before moving through several in team immersions. We’ll run offsites to deep dive into professional skills training and have some fun. At the end of the program, we will prepare you for your promotion into your next role at FNZ.

Graduates
Our program pathways
Technology Solutions Program
Open to those wishing to pursue a career as a software engineer or tester, this program will take you through our software delivery life cycle and platforms.
You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and have some familiarity with coding to apply.
Business Solutions Program
Our ops teams ensure our platform is an accurate representation of all investment transactions. This encompasses a wide range of operational functions including client servicing, cash, trading, transfers, corporate actions, pricing, reconciliations and production support. You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree or higher in commerce, and have some familiarity or interest in finance, economics, international business or wealth management.
