A founding member of Q-Hub and has overseen the development and growth of the business since its original partnership with FNZ in 2013. Prior to Q-Hub, Tom held positions as a derivatives specialist at Barclays Investment Bank and an economist at HM Treasury. Tom has a BSc (Hons 1st Class) in Economics & Mathematics
