In New Zealand, FNZ has been named the best graduate employer in the banking and finance sector and the third best graduate employer across all companies and industries. This is a remarkable achievement as the Prosple awards evaluated approximately 3,500 graduate employers in the country based on two equally weighted criteria: Student popularity and Program quality.
Prosple is a platform designed to help students discover the most meaningful next steps in their careers across APAC. It evaluates employers by looking at website views and applications to rank the popularity of graduate recruitment programs and measures the quality of programs by looking at employee reviews and survey results.
Students in the Czech Republic ranked FNZ as one of the top 10 information technology employers in the country. The annual study is organized by the Association of Students and Alumni and helps prospective graduates make important decisions about their careers.
The ranking was made by 11,712 students at Czech universities who were looking at characteristics like the friendliness of the environment, work-life balance, the company’s social responsibility and reputation, along with factors like salary, job security, and training and development opportunities.
Renata Mrazova, FNZ’s Group Chief People Officer, said:
“I am delighted that FNZ has been recognized as a top employer for graduates. These awards are a testament to our positive workplace culture and the growth and opportunities available for our team members."
