Enrique Sacau
Group Head of Europe
Enrique is the Group Head of Europe, and a member of the Executive Committee at FNZ.
Within this role, Enrique is responsible for FNZ's European business, overseeing operations across all regions, including Germany and Switzerland. A dual British and Spanish national based in London, Enrique returned to FNZ in 2024 after previously working with the company for three years from 2014 as Managing Director, Europe, where he spearheaded business development in the region.
Prior to re-joining FNZ, he served as CEO of Equiniti Digital and Group CEO at fund data management firm, Kneip. At Kneip, Enrique led a significant transformation programme, culminating in the sale of the firm to Deutsche Börse Group (DBAG). He then continued as CEO of Kneip and joined the Executive Committee of Clearstream Bank’s funds business.
Enrique has extensive experience across Europe and has also led major projects in Asia, the Middle East, and the USA. He holds a PhD from the University of Oxford and is keen on travelling, reading, opera, and swimming.
